ABOUT LOGISTICS TEAM:

 

The department manages all the logistical particulars of the conference.

 

Most of the duties this department are pre-conference based such as, preparing conference materials like- placards, certificates, credentials, delegate folders and setting all the logistical requirements for the committee rooms. During the conference the work spreads from, welcoming delegates by distributing registration packets to monitoring the room set-ups for Opening/Closing ceremonies and committee rooms, supervising the conference officers of each committee and handling the awards and certificates.
