AUWMUN Club began its international journey with these amazing Executive Board members of 2015-16. They played a critical role in creating the legacy the club has produced with its top class quality conference experiences. Presenting the former Executive Board members of the club in 2015 - 2016.

Anjuman Tanha - President (2015-16)
Anjuman is of the graduating class of 2018 and is majoring in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. She has served as the first Secretary-General for the international conference of AUMIMUN 2016. She had previously won many awards as a delegate and has also Chaired and Co-chaired in many other MUN conferences both nationally and internationally.
Anjuman believes a conference cannot be organized without teamwork, cooperation and the supportive environment of the club.
Farishta Afzaly - Vice-President (2015-16)
Originally from Afghanistan, Farishta Afzaly is an undergraduate at Asian University for Women (AUW) Chittagong, Bangladesh pursuing Philosophy, Politics and Economics as my major. Her MUN journey started with being a member of AUWMUN club in 2014 and that is when she started loving MUN and realized its significance in the contemporary world. She has served as the vice-president of AUWMUN Club between years 15-16. Besides, she was also the director of Logistics in AUW National Model United Nations 2015 and head of Public Relations Department in AUW International Model United Nations 2016. She has also participated as EB member in various national and International MUNs. Apart from studies, She enjoys reading, traveling, cycling, and doing photography. She is a fun loving person and likes to make friends from different backgrounds and schools of thought.
Fatima Muradi - Secretary (2015-16)
Fatima is of class 2018 and is majoring in PPE. She started my MUN career with Dhaka University National MUN 2014 (delegate of Afghanistan in UNODC), in which next year in DUNMUN 2015 she also served as director of UNEP, again as her first official EB member experience. As a Secretary of MUN club for the year 2015-2016, she had served as Head of delegate affairs committee for AUWIMUN2016.
She also served as the first female MUN Secretary general in Pamir International MUN 2016 (the first ever MUN conference in Afghanistan) in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Erina Mahmud - Treasurer (2015-16)
Erina Mahmud, now a senior-year student of Politics, Philosophy, and Economics has worked as the treasurer of the club in 2015-2016 academic year. As a treasurer, she was in charge of the financial and logistical responsibilities of the activities. In addition to that, she worked as the Director of Logistics in the AUW National Model United Nations Conference 2015 and Under-Secretary-General of the same department in the AUW International Model United Nations Conference 2016.
Although she treasures her tenure as a treasurer where she had to deal with sponsorship of the events and documentation of an `obscene amount of money for the then-second-year student, she is now on a sabbatical from the MUN arena. Also, she believes, it is not always about the money, money, money."
