We are pleased to introduce to you the team of women who will be leading the club for the next year- the Executive Board Members of AUW Model United Nations Club, 2020-2021. Each of the members of this new board is uniquely talented and bring a diverse range of strengths to the table- all of which we will need in leading the club through these unprecedented circumstances. We hope our new leaders will continue to uphold the legacy that they have been entrusted with and continue to take it to new heights.

Afreen Zaman- President (2020-2021)
"It was only a few short years ago on a Saturday morning that I decided to sit in on one of the workshops of AUWMUNC in BM004- just to give it a try. It still amazes me how just a few short years of showing up for something I cared about led me to leadership of the club! This just goes to show how much room there is for growth within the club and the circuit. Therefore, it is my absolute pleasure and honour to accept the role of the President of the AUW MUN Club.
All I hope through this position is to continue the incredible legacy that has been left behind by the ones in the seat in the past. This is going to be a tricky year to navigate through, for sure. But I hope through the power of creativity and the community we can cultivate the strength we need to overcome whatever may come our way. We are grateful for all the support and encouragement we have gotten in the path to fulfilling our mission and we hope you stick around to see what we have in store!"."
Manisha Khadka- Vice President (2020-2021)
"I started my journey with the AUW MUN club from being a delegate to serving the club as the Director of Delegate Affairs. It's been three years since I have worked as one of the integral members of the club. Hence, I feel a very deep connection with the AUW MUN Club. Taking one step further, I decided to work for the AUW MUN club as a Vice-President in my final year of AUW as I believe I won't get another opportunity to serve the club alongside these amazing team members. I would like to express my gratitude towards the club for putting their faith in me to take on the position of Vice-president during this Covid-19 situation. As a Vice-president, I promise to work towards the further growth of the club along with my club members. At last, I would like to leave you with this quote by Mary Kay Ash.

Nazifa Binte Harun- Treasurer (2020-21)
"During my first club fair in AUW, one of the clubs I was looking for mostly was AUWMUNC. The hidden essence of MUN conferences invited me to cherish the desire of building up my skills as a confident speaker within a sophistically created global platform while imagining myself as a representative of that particular state and shaping my political perspective in that diverse crowd of diplomacy. Being offered with the great opportunity of being the treasurer of this club effortlessly has added new flavour to my inspiration to observe, learn and experience more. I hope at the end I will not only be able to make myself proud, but also the ones who have put their trust on me with this responsibility as well as those whom I look forward to serve.
