Asian University for Women (AUW) is an independent, international university in Chittagong, Bangladesh seeking to educate a new generation of leaders in Asia. AUW admits students solely on the basis of merit, regardless of their family's income level. Nearly all students are on full scholarship with many as the first in their family to attend university. AUW offers two pre-collegiate bridge programs called Access Academy and Pathways for Promise, as well as a three-year undergraduate program based in the liberal arts and sciences. The university is committed to graduating generations of women leaders who will tackle their countries' social, economic, and political issues while collaborating across cultural, ethnic, and religious lines. AUW has more than 700 students enrolled from 15 countries across Asia and the Middle East.

 

The aim of the club is to tap into the MUNer’s potential, searching for a platform to voice their concerns and assist in nurturing their skills as well as involve them into the world of international politics and relations through the art of diplomacy.

 

Being the only "All-Women" Secretariat of the region AUWMUN Club has been working hard to gather the young minds to practice the art of diplomacy. As this year it is an International conference meaning, we will be bringing international delegates from around the world along with Executive Board members, we will be honored to have your financial support by our side. 

 

The delegates will be playing the roles of representatives of different nations and organizations uniting to present feasible solutions regarding various serious crisis that the world is currently facing.

The conference will hold a variety of 8 committees which will discuss intense issues such as atomic energy, world trade, environmental problems, women’s rights, public health, counter-terrorism etc. These topics will be debated by 250 plus speakers who will be guided by some of the best judges in the world, to ensure that our selected speakers can have an enriching experience of 4 days and come up with the best feasible solutions to these burning issues. Beside our debate sessions, the conference will hold Global Village to bring out a platform for every nationality to introduce their culture and traditions with the rest of the world, and Socials to provide a field for the participants to make meaningful cross-cultural connections outside of committee sessions while having an enjoyable time. We aim to provide the best possible facilities to our participants and maintain a high standard in presenting an international conference that can be cherished for a lifetime.
