ABOUT DELEGATE AFFAIRS TEAM:

 

The Department of Delegate Affairs are responsible for the recruitment, relationships, and overall experience of delegates at AUWIMUN, both prior to and during the conference. These responsibilities include:

 

 

• Manage delegate recruitment and registration;

• Manage communications with delegations and individual delegates;

• Plan and organize resources for international delegates;

• Maintain effective communication channels between conference staff, delegates, and any organizations related to delegations or social events during the conference;

• With the support other Secretariat Members, plan and organize special and social events during the conference; and

• In consultation with the USG, procure and organize any required resources or staff needed for the operation of the Registration/Customer Service Desk during the conference period.
